Ever get that feeling that you can't stop rocking? Strange isn't it, I've been back on dry land for a couple of days and my computer screen still won't stay still. The Villa & Yacht fashion team spent the weekend aboard the splendid 100 foot schooner Raja Laut, to create a fashion-shoot most editors in the west can only dream of.

With the wind in our sails we embarked from Benoa Harbour in Bali and headed up the east coast, before crossing the channel to our destination islands Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Penida. What a feeling when our Captain cut the engine and relied solely on nature to carry us over the water. With only the sound of the sea lapping against the hull we were really sailing in a style to make Rod Stewart proud and put the FTV Yacht to shame!

Volume 2 Issue 7 abounds with beautiful sailing yachts, joining Raja Laut is Phinisi Katharina and some dazzling yachts from the famous shipyard of Nautor's Swan. No fuel guzzling gigayachts to be found.         

As this issues heralds the Bali high season, it was only fitting that we staged our own rocking party and how else to portray the Seminyak debauchery but by depicting the Seven Deadly Sins. Our five models characterising pride, envy, sloth and lust were joined by Villa & Yacht's regularly sinning stylists portraying greed and wrath as only they know how. The ship's captain and dive master took a wrathful moment off from their duties and a certain gluttonous editor got in on the act too. (Page 32).

Prepare to be whisked away by Alistair Leeds as he sails east Indonesia and takes the high road in India's great cities. Also in our Travel section, PJ takes the high road to a new level of extremity tackling the Himalayas in Nepal. And Michael Buckley, author of Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos makes his Villa & Yacht debut as he explores Luang Prabang, the splendid former royal capital of Laos.
